Landlords, homeowners, real estate investors and developers all belong to associations that look out for their interests, try to influence legislation and provide services for each other, so why shouldn't we?

Tenant Unions across the country have won victories in rent control, just eviction laws, expanded services for the homeless, made code enforcement more renter-friendly and more.
